At SnowShine, we strive to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your Waterless Car Wash Kit. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

• FREE Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. Free on all orders of $49 or more.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. $8.99 on orders under $49.

• Priority Shipping: 2-4 business days.

• Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

• Free standard shipping is available on orders of $49 or more within the U.S.

International Shipping:

• We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to Canada or other international destinations.

• Orders with a non-U.S. shipping address cannot be accepted at this time.

• Outside the U.S. and interested in SnowShine? Email support@snow-shine.com and we'll let you know when shipping expands.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You can track your package using the provided tracking link.

Shipping Issues:

• We will work with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy:

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

• SnowShine is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
