30-Day Refund Policy
At SnowShine, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day refund policy.
Eligibility for a Refund:
• Requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number, receipt).
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Request a Refund:
1. Contact our customer support team at snowshinecarcare@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return.
2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions:
• Refunds do not apply to used or damaged products unless the item arrived defective.
• If the item was damaged during shipping, please provide photos, and we will work on a resolution.
